We manage about 300 rental homes across Muscogee, Harris, and Russell counties, and we've been doing it here since
2007. We're rated 4.7 stars across 137 Google reviews — no property management company in Columbus with more than
100 reviews is rated higher.
Most of our owners came to us the same way. Orders came in, the house wouldn't sell on a 60-day timeline, and they
became landlords in a state they no longer lived in. Alex has been on that side of it — he served in the 75th Ranger
Regiment, headquartered at Fort Benning, and this company has managed Columbus rentals since 2007.
We work both sides of the river. Columbus and Phenix City run on different landlord-tenant law, and plenty of managers
here quietly avoid the Alabama side. We don't. There are about 300 doors behind our processes, and there is still a
person who picks up when your tenant calls at 9pm about a water heater.
