Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: We can only hold a property for you if you put down the security deposit - in that case,
we will be able to hold it for you for three weeks.

Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: Upon move-in, we require the first month prorated rent (if applies) along with the security deposit.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: All person(s) planning on moving into a property over 18 years of age must submit an application.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes, you will receive your security deposit back at the end of your lease after the move-out-inspection is completed.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: Awesome! You may either
apply online or come
by our office and fill one out in person.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You may either pay rent online through our resident portal or it can be dropped off at our office.

Q: What if I have a pet?
A: It depends on the house - some owners allow pets, some do not. We charge a $250
non-refundable pet deposit that will be used for carpet cleanings/pest control.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: If you plan on moving out at the end of your lease, we require you give us a 30-day notice prior to that date.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Once a maintenance request is submitted online, we will either pay for someone to come out and complete
the necessary repairs, or we will hand it off to the owner if they prefer we do so.
